This privacy policy applies to all mobile apps created under studio name Coast City Games (these apps are hereby referred to as "Application") that was created by Juan Pablo Cardoso (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is intended for use "AS IS".

By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not wish your data to be collected and used in the way described in this Privacy Policy, you must stop using the Application.

Data you provide us directly

• Profile information (such as profile photo)
• Your messages and other content you submit via email

• Data about your account and game progress, including in most cases an automatically created internal account ID

• Approximate location data (as derived from IP address)
• Data about your use of the Service, such as gameplay data and purchases made.

Data we collect from our partners

We also use third-party partners, such as social networking sites, data analytics providers and advertising networks to supplement information we have about you, such as:

• Data we receive if you link a third-party tool with the Application (such as Facebook)
• Demographic data (such as to determine the coarse location of your IP address)
• Data to fight fraud (such as refund abuse in games or click fraud in advertising)
• Data from platforms that the games run on or data from payment service providers (such as payment verification data)
• Data for advertising and analytics purposes (such as surveys), so we can provide you a better Service

How We Use Collected Information

We use the information we collect about you for providing our applications and other services to you, optimizing our applications and your user experience, storing your progress through our applications, providing customer service support, contacting you as part of customer service or to send you updates about our applications and services.

We may also use your information for research, analysis, business planning, tracking potential problems or trends with our applications, testing out new application features and content.

Who can see your data

Apart from Coast City Games, your data can be accessed by others in the following situations:

Our service providers.

Coast City Games has vendors who help us to provide the Service. These vendors process your data in order to provide the Application service, and perform tasks such as player support, advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.

Other companies and public authorities.

In order to verify payments (with payment providers such as Paypal) and combat fraud and illegal activity, we may process and disclose data with other companies and organizations and provide it to public authorities in response to lawful requests.

We may also disclose your data based on your consent, to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our players or others.

Advertising and Social Media partners.

The Application includes features from our partners, such as social media interaction tools, functionalities through application programming interfaces (APIs) or software development kits (SDKs) and in-game advertising. A list of these partners is available at "Third-Party Services" section above.

These partners may access data regarding your activities and your device (such as your IP address, mobile identifiers, page(s) visited, location, time of day). We may also combine and share data we have collected about you with third-party advertising partners. These advertising partners may use this data (and similar data collected from other services) for purposes of delivering targeted advertisements to you when you visit third-party services within their networks. These partners may operate under their own privacy policies. This practice is commonly referred to as “interest-based advertising” or “online behavioral advertising.”

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided Data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please follow the steps outlined in account deletion guide.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete such information from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information to the Application, please follow account deletion guide.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
